Tricks: Sit up like a poodle
Sparkler was my second dog from Dee Dee. She was "Miss Perfect". A perfect puppy and a perfect dog. Sparkler never did anything wrong. She was the "Sweetest Dog the World has Known". Sparkler loved people, especially children. She wanted nothing more that to be touched, petted and have her paws held. She was my "Lassie Dog". Always communicating her wants clearly. She would lead me by the hand and touch with her nose the door that needed to be opened, leading to where she needed me to go. She was my Genius Dog. So smart! She would find and bring my shoes, my slippers, anything I asked for. She invented games for us to play. Her reward: just to be loved and petted. Originally she was to be my obedience dog. But I started her in field work, she loved to hunt, switched to obedience, which she also enjoyed and got lost in agility. Sparkler loved agility! She couldn't walk past weave poles without diving in to weave, or pass a tunnel, dog walk or teeter. She was trained through Utility, but only shown ninetimes in Novice and five in Open. I just couldn't switch back to obedience to get that UD. I miss her so! My gift from God! My Dear, Sweet and Fuzzy Sparkler!
